C’est Michel
BESCH qui m’a donné l’idée de mettre des matériaux de recyclage dans mes
peintures, il y a bien longtemps. Je suis
bien contente d’avoir un tableau inspiré de sa technique à l’exposition, c’est « Le
sens du sens sans sens des sens ».
La peinture a déjà été exposée avant en France, et elle est toujours
bien admirée, mais quelle belle surprise de savoir que Michel BESCH expose avec
moi pour la première fois ! J’en
suis très flattée !
It is Michel BESCH who gave me the idea of
putting recycling items in my paintings, a long time ago. I am very proud to be here too at this
collective art exhibition with him. My
painting that has this technique here is “The meaning of meaning without
meaning” (my translation. In other words,
what has meaning in this world? What has
meaning for you has no meaning for me).
The painting was already exhibited in France, where it had a lot of
success. But what a great surprise to be
in a collective painting exhibition with Michel BESCH! It is the first time and I am very flattered!

avec “Le sens du sens sans sens des sens” à gauche, ma peinture en vert et
rouille et sa peinture sur les arbres et le fait qu’on doit les protéger à
droite en bleu et jaune. Renata se
révolte contre le nombre d’arbres qui ont été coupés dans le centre de Luxembourg
pour faire place au tram…

Renata a une
belle philosophie de la vie : il faut faire chaque jour quelque chose qui
nous fait plaisir. Avoir un petit
bonheur chaque jour. Et elle a raison !
Renata has a great philosophy of life. She says each day you should do something that
pleases you, that makes you happy. And
she is right!
